The open window for the draw which gives away 50,000 Permanent Residence or green card visas has been reprogrammed to begin on October 18 and ends on November 22, 2017.   Due to the technical problems, all applications made before October 18 2017 need to be redone in order be considered.

The application must be completed in English. The US Chancellery also warned that, according to the rules of the contest, only forms that are sent by the closing deadline, noon ET on November 22, will be accepted.
