White House now Agrees to Extend DACA

Last week the government rejected a Washington Post report on Trump’s offer to extend DACA for three years in exchange for $25 million for the wall.

After denying it, the government now says that the President is negotiating with the Democrats in Congress the possibility of extending DACA for 3 years in exchange for approving $25 million for the border wall.

Sarah Sanders, spokesperson  for the White House,  added that the president’s most recent offer to the Democrats was “to extend DACA in exchange for funds for the Wall” at a time when Congress discusses the final part of the 2018 budget, which must be approved by March 23.

When you consult with an immigration attorney it is important that you are able to speak with an actual attorney.

No one besides an attorney is able to give you legal advice, even an attorney’s assistant cannot give you legal advice, you must speak with an actual licensed attorney.

You must also be able to understand the attorney. The attorney must either speak a language you understand or have a competent interpreter that will allow you to understand what the attorney is saying.

If you cannot communicate with the attorney they will not be able to provide you safe advice. Never hire an attorney that you have not spoken with.
